How It Works

Getting your custom Cloud Lab Design product is simple and fun. Here's how the process works from start to finish:

Step 1 – Choose Your Product

Browse our collection and select the item you'd like to personalize. We offer embroidered apparel, accessories, and more.

Step 2 – Send Us Your Photo

Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet during checkout. The better the photo, the better your design will turn out! Front-facing photos with good contrast work best. And complete all personalization box.

Step 3 – Design & Approval

Our team of designers gets to work right away. Within 5 business days, we create a custom sketch or design based on your pet's unique features. We capture the details that make your pet special — their ears, their markings, their personality.

Step 4 – Production

Once the design is ready, our skilled team moves into production. Depending on the product type, this takes an additional 5 business days. Embroidered items require precise machine work to ensure quality stitching. 

Step 5 – Shipping

Your finished product is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the date of your order for delivery. We'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
