How It Works

Getting your custom Cloud Lab Design product is simple and fun. Here's how the process works from start to finish:

Step 1 – Choose Your Product

Browse our collection and select the item you'd like to personalize. We offer embroidered apparel, custom prints, accessories, and more.

Step 2 – Send Us Your Photo

Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet during checkout. The better the photo, the better your design will turn out! Front-facing photos with good contrast work best.

Step 3 – Design & Approval

Our team of designers gets to work right away. Within 1–3 business days, we create a custom sketch or design based on your pet's unique features. We capture the details that make your pet special — their ears, their markings, their personality.

Step 4 – Production

Once the design is ready, our skilled team moves into production. Depending on the product type, this takes an additional 2–5 business days. Embroidered items require precise machine work to ensure quality stitching. Printed items go through a careful quality check before packaging.

Step 5 – Shipping

Your finished product is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the date of your order for delivery. We'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
