Shipping Policy
At Cloud Lab Design, every order is made custom just for you, which means we take a little extra time to get it right. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing & Production Time
All orders require a production period of approximately 5–10 business days. This includes design time, embroidery or printing, and quality control checks. Custom orders are not pulled from existing stock — your item is made from scratch.
Shipping Time
Once your order is completed, shipping typically takes an additional 5–7 business days depending on your location. In total, please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase to receive your order.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet our estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. These are outside of our control, but we will always keep you informed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Include photos of the item and packaging if applicable, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Cloud Lab Design is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
