How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the date of your purchase. This includes design, production, and shipping time. We do not offer expedited production at this time.

What kind of photo should I send?

A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of your pet works best. Avoid blurry or dark images. The more detail visible in the photo, the better we can capture your pet's unique features.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to change anything — such as your shipping address, pet photo, or personalization details — please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can typically be accommodated within the first 24 hours after ordering.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our Return & Refund Policy page for more information.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and its packaging, along with your order number. We'll make it right.
